EXCHANGES & RETURNS

• Email hello@kiandpicloset.com within 3 days of receiving the product with your order number and reason.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and have original tags.
• Ship it back as instructed by our team.
• Exchange will be processed after QC (quality check) and follows regular shipping timelines.
• Some items may have specific return/exchange rules (check product page).
• Accessories/jewelry can only be replaced if defective.
• No exchanges/returns without prior email discussion.
• Once exchanged, items cannot be exchanged/returned again.
• Sales, customized products, and those bought with credit notes are not eligible for exchange/return.
• No in-store exchange/return requests.

CREDIT NOTE

• Returns will be refunded via a credit note.
• Valid for 6 months.
• Can be used only on website purchases.

• Post that, cancellations depend on order status.

• Flat international shipping charge: ₹2500.
